If so, please describe your experience.: No, all the times i played gmod i never really thought about staff. Until i joined this community and seen how good the staff are so i decided i would like to represent myself as something good in the community. Have you received any kicks, bans or other punishments? If so, what for and when?: i was jailed for 150 seconds for taking someones gun but i gave it back after. I didnt realise that it was against the rules and i was just having abit of fun. I feel like i could help grow the community and i also believe i could help people who need it. As a staff on duty i wont no clip into random bases and ask how they are since they probably dont want me in their base. I will make sure i am somewhere and ready to take sits.[/b] [u][b]Situational questions[/b][/u] [b]What actions would you take if someone RDM's and breaks NLR? : RDM - i would question why then broke the rule and warn them. If the victim lost a gun i would tell someone higher so they can refund people. NLR - i would question why because they might have a good reason but if they dont have a good reason then i would warn then but if the NLR multiple times i would jail them for 150 seconds or even warn them again as it adds up. What actions would you take if someone started minging severely?: If someone was minging i would make sure i spectate them and see how serverly they are minging. If they break any rules i would then take further action and warn or even kick them. What actions would you take if someone threatened to 'DDoS' the server?  I would permban/ban for how long i can and contact a higher up. Anything else? (Optional): i have helped blacklisting some props for the owner and i have helped couple people that was new to the server.[/b]
